What it is

GLOW supplies three separate research peptides in a single lyophilised vial: 50 mg of GHK-Cu, 10 mg of BPC-157 and 10 mg of TB-500, 70 mg of peptide in total. The three are packed together in one container. Each has its own separate body of preclinical literature, and nothing here claims that supplying them together produces anything that any one of them does not.

The vial arrives as dry powder under seal and must be reconstituted with a sterile solvent before the contents can be worked with — solvent is not included and is listed separately under supplies. Store the sealed vial at room temperature and out of direct light; refrigerate once reconstituted. Every production lot is HPLC-tested and documented on a Certificate of Analysis filed against the lot number on the vial.

What the research explores

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper-binding tripeptide first isolated from human plasma. In-vitro dermal research has examined its role in extracellular-matrix and collagen-related signalling.

BPC-157 is a synthetic pentadecapeptide derived from a sequence found in gastric juice, studied in preclinical connective-tissue and gastrointestinal models.

TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4, a naturally occurring protein studied for its actin-binding activity and its role in cell migration in laboratory models.

These are three distinct compounds sharing one container. The research areas above are properties of the individual peptides, not evidence about the set. Identity and HPLC purity are reported per production lot on the Certificate of Analysis for that lot.

Questions

Is GLOW a blend or three separate compounds?

Three separate compounds supplied in one vial at the quantities stated. It is a set packed together rather than a formulation, and each constituent is listed individually so the contents of the container are unambiguous.

What is in the box?

One sealed 70 mg vial. Solvent, syringes and other consumables are not included — reconstitution solvent is listed separately under supplies.

How should it be stored?

Sealed, at room temperature, away from direct light. Once reconstituted, refrigerate and treat the contents as a working solution.

What does the Certificate of Analysis cover?

Identity and HPLC purity for the production lot printed on the vial. GLOW contains three compounds, so check that the documentation you receive covers each of them for that lot.

Which lot is GLOW (BPC-157 / TB-500 / GHK-Cu)'s published certificate for?

Lot 1500-501, measured 99.90% by HPLC, tested Jun 27, 2026, by Pacific Coast Biologics Inc. The full certificate, including the laboratory's own assay rows, is published at /coa/SXPR6UCKPL.
