Testing and certificates.
The part of the operation everything else depends on.
What purity are your peptides?
We do not publish a single purity figure across the site. Purity is measured per lot by HPLC and reported on that lot's certificate, which is published on this site. A supplier's headline number describes their marketing; the figure on your certificate describes your vial.
Where is the Certificate of Analysis?
On this site, published for the exact lot you received — and on your account, if you have one. It reports identity by HPLC and mass spec, purity by HPLC, net peptide content, heavy metals by ICP-MS, sterility and endotoxin. If it is missing from your order, ask and we will send it.
Who does the testing?
An independent laboratory — not us. Every batch is analysed before it is released for sale, and the laboratory that did it is named on the certificate. We claim no accreditation for it, because none is on file: a named, checkable lab is worth more than an accreditation claim on its own. A result issued by the party selling the material is a self-assessment; a result from a laboratory with no stake in the sale is a measurement.
Can I trace a compound back to its batch?
Yes. Each order line is matched to a specific tested lot, and where that lot's certificate has been published it is here under its lot number — real measured results with their source PDFs, searchable in the archive. A compound not yet listed there was still tested before release; ask us and we will send its certificate.
Storage and handling.
How should the vials be stored?
Sealed, lyophilised vials are stable at room temperature, away from light. Room temperature stability is also why they travel without a cold pack — nothing about the shipment requires refrigeration in transit.
How do I reconstitute a vial?
We do not publish reconstitution or dosing protocols. These materials are supplied for laboratory research use, and the protocol is a function of the study rather than of the vendor. Bacteriostatic water and reconstitution solution are stocked under supplies if you need them.
Do the vials arrive with a cold pack?
No, and they do not need one. Lyophilised material is stable at room temperature in transit. A cold pack on a freeze-dried vial is packaging theatre rather than cold-chain handling.
Ordering and delivery.
How fast do you ship?
Orders are dispatched on business days once payment has cleared, tracked and insured, and tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves. Nothing ships before it is paid for.
What does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free at $100 and above. Below that it is a $10 flat rate. The figure is calculated at checkout before you place the order — there is no surprise at the end.
What does the package look like?
Discreet and unlabelled. No compound names and no branding on the outside of the box. Whatever is inside, the outside is uninformative.
Do you ship internationally?
No — the United States only. Checkout accepts an address in the fifty states or the District of Columbia and nothing else, so there is no international option and none is implied. Import rules for research materials vary sharply by country, and it is not a question we would answer approximately.
When am I charged?
Not on this site. The order is recorded first, then you are taken to our processor's own secure page to pay by card — and if you leave before paying, the same page is linked from your confirmation email. No card details are entered here and none are stored by us.
Returns, status and contact.
Can I return an order?
Anything damaged in transit, sent in error, or that cannot be matched to its certificate, we put right. Sealed research materials are a different case: once a vial leaves our control we cannot verify its chain of custody, which limits what can be taken back into stock.

Are these products for human use?
No. Everything sold here is for laboratory and research use only. It is not for human or veterinary consumption and has not been evaluated by the FDA. That is why there is no dosing guidance, no protocol, and no customer story about how a compound felt anywhere on this site.
How do I reach a person?
Through the contact form — every message is stored the moment it is sent, so nothing depends on an email getting through, and it reaches a person rather than a ticket queue. What to include depends on what you are asking about: an order number for order questions, a lot number for certificate questions.
