What it is
Thymosin alpha-1 is a 28-amino-acid peptide with an acetylated N-terminus, corresponding to a fragment of the larger prothymosin alpha precursor produced in thymic tissue. Its short, well-defined sequence and its natural occurrence are what make it a common reference peptide in immunology laboratories studying thymic-derived signalling molecules.

Solvent is normally added slowly down the inside wall of the vial and dissolved by swirling rather than shaking. Solvent choice, working concentration and protocol are determined by the researcher. We do not provide dosing or administration guidance of any kind.
