Tesamorelin

Tesamorelin is a synthetic analogue of human growth hormone-releasing hormone carrying an acyl group attached at the N-terminus. That modification is the point of the molecule: the unmodified N-terminal region of GHRH is where degrading enzymes attack first, and blocking it changes how long the peptide survives in circulation without altering the receptor-binding sequence itself.

The peptide ships as a lyophilised powder in a sealed glass vial, available in 10 mg and 20 mg presentations.
